One thing that I have started doing this year more than I used to is working out. I work out because I feel healthier, happier and more energized when I am active. I don't ever think that you should work out to achieve a "summer bod" or a "movie star figure". You should do it for you, and never for anyone else. It should make you feel refreshed and good inside! And remember to never compare yourself to others, be confident in the skin your in! So in this post I've just compiled a bunch of things I do to be more active and to workout. 1. Biking 2. Swimming- you can do this in your own pool, a friends pool, a public pool or even at the beach! It's also a great way to relax. 3. Running/Jogging 4. Dance! You don't necessarily have to take dance classes (although they are really fun). You can dance it out with a friend or you can dance on your own while singing into your hairbrush😂 But no matter what you do you will be getting exercise and having fun! 5. Yoga- I personally love yoga because it is a way to relax and be active all at the same time. Some other more intense workouts I've heard of are Pilates and Zumba if you wanna step it up a notch:) 6. Workout- run on the treadmill, lift some weights, do some sit ups, do some squats etc. You can also find some great workout routines on Pinterest or from Blogilates on YouTube So hopefully most of these things are available to you in the community or even available in your own home! But no matter where you go or what you do remember that being active is good for you health and will most likely make you feel more awake and energized! Do it for you! xoxo C&C

We just finished our vacation together that we have been counting to since 100 days ago, which is bittersweet feeling for both of us.
